I've updated my review after receiving a follow up call from the office and received an explanation of some of the issues and acknowledgement of some training opportunities they have.... Read More It's rare these days to have a business follow up and acknowledge opportunities for improvement, that alone deserves an increased rating. Staff in the front is friendly and the woman who did the initial consultation and paperwork was great. The staff in back is hit or miss but never unfriendly. The office is very clean and inviting. Their prices are on par with other offices, not the lowest but not the highest. What I would like to see is better communication to the parents after appointments are completed on any changes or treatment updates, especially with younger children. I look forward to these improvements at future appointments.
